mobiles.co.uk - Do they negotiate?

I'm tempted to get a Desire from mobiles.co.uk due to it apparently being unbranded and unlocked. However their price for the phone on the same tarrif as elsewhere is
 
Don't know if they are unlocked, but mine was certainly unbranded.

Price wise, I pre-ordered mine and the phone was free. They have gone up significantly since.

I used Quidco to get a cashback payment from them. This could be a way to get the price to even out. IIRC I got
 
They are part of Carphone Warehouse so may be open to some negotiation though not tried in the past when using them

Definately use Quidco to order via - it might seem a pain registering (although very easy to use) but over the past 3 years I've earnt
 
I'd be wary about that site - check out these reviews.

Apparently, their customer service is terrible, and if you go for a contract with "15 months half price" or similar, you'll have to contact them a bunch of times over the length of your contract.

Also, if you do go for them, you will have to remember to cancel the Insurance and the helpline, or they'll charge you for the second month.
