I flashed the aosp setting theme thing on it and liked it for a while, but now I want the sense settings theme. Is there a way to go back to the sense settings theme.

If you're wanting to change the look of the settings itself, you could reflash the rom.

Every time I reflash the rom it deletes all data. And I do not wipe data and stuff. Right when I flash it it says. Formatting partitions.

Just do a backup and after reflash then restore data from backup.
