i keep seeing the same picture across a few threads....quite annoying but dont think its "reportable"

If you're not sure if you should report something, go ahead and report it anyway

I'm with Xyro, if you think it might possibly need to be close to needed to be reported, report it.
I report it if I see people spamming the same thing in multiple threads.
