The only credit i take for this is finding it on google. I tried it and it works. Jelly Bean transitions



If you don't want to edit xmls, you can go into system settings\developer options\ and scroll down to window and transition animation scales, and change window to .5x and transition to 2x or 5x to get smoother transitions.

Me too. I flashed it and it made everything look like it was in slow motion. Horrible. Thankfully we have restore!!!

Can someone make an undo for this just in case?

I would but I don't have a comp to decompile apks. If some one wants to take this a make is ms870 specific I would love it. But the easiest undo is flash any zip that replaces you framework res.apk .
