Root (MOD) Smoothscroll

Thanks to shinyside in the esteem forum we have a smoothscroll mod for that extra smoothness gonna test. But i have the link and when i know it works ill send to ABC for release. With credit given to shinyside of course

Do you have to be rooted to get this when it comes out?

On the admire you can notice Very LITTLE to none improvement, don't expect ICS/Jellybean/iOS scrolling. How do i know? ive done this before, there is an xda thread on it ( if you can google) But maybe i did something wrong.. maybe.
Hopefully u guys can feel a difference though, i remember when people with 5027 recovery never mounted system for beats and said they felt something when they never installed it, lol.

There is no i in team. I want it to be safe to flash 2 many bricks these days.
