Does 'notification toggles' work on the rise?

The ui on jb isn't much different than ics. The additions your thinking of are from CM and other custom ROMs. Keep in mind too, with no custom recovery modding /system an be dangerous, if you get a boot loop and no adb.
 
Notification toggles works but not what i want. I was looking for it to be in the apk itself. Doesn't jb have it where you drag down with 2 fingers for the toggles?
 
I don't think it has native toggles, but it does have extra notification features.

I just looked up the added features of jelly bean, and I never knew it had so many tweaks overall.

I'll see if I can find anything.
 
The problem is there aren't any sister phones that have development that we can port from, and the locked bootloader issues. The tweaks are going take framework changes also. UOT kitchen can be useful, but I don't think it gets that deep into the framework to make changes that significant. I can't afford to brick my phone, and I'm to leary to without a recovery.
