Am I right in thinking that when I send a gmail from my phone there's no way to monitor it's progress or any indication on the phone that it's been sent (except for looking at sent items on a computer)?
Blimey, and there's my outbox and drafts too. Thanks. It's a shame that there's no progress bar when sending
I noticed that I had a load of large photo attachments in the e-mails in drafts and sent which looked to be there despite the fact I wasn't online at the time. I assume these are taking up space on either the memory card or phone?
The Gmail app on your phone is just an interface to the mail on your Gmail account. The emails aren't stored on your phone, you just view them there. Attachments don't take up any space on the phone unless you download them.
