No Monopoly or Scrabble that I can find but there is an alternative to the ladder. I use Wordfeud which is available for free with ads or paid.

Don't know if they are tablet-friendly or not:
-Wordfeud (cross-platform...can play with i-Phone)
-Wordsmith
-Words With Friends(lots of glitches!) also cross-platform.

I'm not sure if Monopoly is optimized for the Tab, but it is available here (and you can keep the APK...win).

Wordfeud is good. I haven't used it with iOS users (it's available on both), but I liked it when I played it. I switched to Words With Friends when it launched (I like the aesthetics better, but Wordfeud was first on Android), and since both are cross-platform compatible, you can't go wrong with either.
