I just wanted to post up here because of an amazing experience I had recently with customer service. The other day I was using a pair of Monster Turbine headphones with my ipod. I had ear muff hearing protectors over them, because I was in a loud environment. I snagged the earpiece cord on the handle of a tool I was using at the time, and ripped the earphone out of my ear, and out of the ipod. Music stopped instantly. The cord pulled apart where the two separate cords split to go to the ear buds. Now, at this point I just about lost it, because they are important to me, as I got them when my father passed away. Anyway, I went on finishing what I started and when I got home later in the day I called the monster customer service number to ask about what I had to do to get them repaired. I was willing to pay whatever, because they mean a lot to me. The representative was kind, and totally helpful. Long story short, All I had to do was send my old headphones in, and they are sending me a new pair. They apparently have a 3 year pretty much unconditional guarantee on these earbuds. I would not hesitate to buy another pair in a second. It has been a long time since I have had that good an experience dealing with any type of customer service. I felt kinda obligated to show them the same love they showed me, and let all you great android folks know about my dealings with such a classy company, and to say if you have thought about buying headphones, check monster out, they are good stuff, and good people.
