More homescreens=more juice?

Hey all,

I have two fully stocked home screens and one with a couple widgets. The screen with the widgets I use occasionally, but not enough that I would miss it if it were gone. I'm wondering if these widgets or extra home screens would affect battery life in some way (I would assume a tiny bit but nothing extraordinary). I've checked out the batt stats and it doesn't seem to pinpoint this aspect.

Thanks!

I think it would depend on the widgets and whether or not they're set to some kind of auto-refresh. But aside from battery life the fewer home-screens and widgets you use the zippier your device becomes... but if you only have two as it is, you may not see much difference.

So my entire homescreen icons are widgets (custom icons etc) but they don't really update (except for two email ones with message indicators)... The other widgets which update are the weather (which is on gps settings and I could change to just my zip code), clock, battery, and I always have autokill running.
