Help More than one device and emulator

Newbie
So, I've been trying to do qbking77's manual install of 4.2 for the Sprint variant of the galaxy nexus. When I get to the command prompt I get error: more than one device or emulator.

Can someone help me? I'm going nuts. Windows 7 64bit
