Root more than one ROM at a time'

I'm running xtrSense 5.01. pretty much stock settings. Can i run say cmd7, in sort of a dual boot. I dont want to get rid of xtrSense, just boored and want to try something else for a while like 2 roms on one phone

I recall there being one dual boot ROM on xda, but I don't know how complete it is. It had its own 2.1 ROM coupled with a 2.2 ROM. The easiest thing to do would be to make a nand backup of your current setup, then start fresh with a cm7 ROM, and if you don't like it, you can do a nand restore back to xtrSense.

If you are using the apps2sd on xtrSense, you will have to remove the partition from your sdcard for the new ROM to read it.

There probably isn't enough room on the system partition to have two separate ROMs loaded to dual boot.
