More then 32gb internal memory?

Hopefully this is the right place for such a question.

I'm looking for a tablet that can run android (doesn't matter what version), with more then 32gb of internal memory. Does such a device exist?

i'm not sure of other tablets but with a flytouch3 u can replace the internal SD card with a card of yr own. Several people have so upgrade their internal memory storage.

Archos 70 and 101 have versions with 250 gb hard drives.
