Motion Activation Question.

Hi, Good day to everyone!
I've gal note for couple of days, found that the learn motions in my note didn't have Double tap, Palm sweep, Palm touch, tap & twist. Anyone got idea? thk u

Hi, you could try going into settings and check under the "motion" top level item. Make sure that the gestures are active.

The motion activation has been active all the time, i could only see Shake, Tilt, Pan , Turn over. so if this is the case the phone is not normal right? Would a factory re-set solve the problem or should i bring back for service?

A factory reset may help but I would not guarantee it. The problem could be due to an application hijacking the gestures but it strikes me as unlikely.

I would suggest going back to the shop where you bought it and see if they will let you test another one. If the second Note works then you know it is a problem with your phone.

Not too helpful I know, but I have not heard of this problem before. I can wish you luck though.

I've checked the Learn motion from a friend pbone. Both our phone have only 4 Learn motions. It's indeed a disappointment from Samsung. Since the menu shows more learn motion,but tbey are not included in the phone.
