Motion and Attain 4G speeds

I just wanted to know why does the Motion have faster 4G speeds than the Attain?!

Dual core processor lets the phone process the incoming data almost twice as fast. Same with the connect

whats an easy way to overclock the attain. im running a rooted stock rom

Overclock is not possible with the stock rom, but I can recommend CPU Master Free or Pro that will at least force max cpu speed.

And since no custom kernels or custom roms have been made there's not much you can do to your attain except root it and leave it at that.
