Root Motion stuck in boot loop please help asap

Hi I'm having trouble after a CM install I tried installing 2nd init and realized it was a mistake. So anyway afterwords because I didn't have mms or sms/Data I tried doing a factory reset and can get into emergcy mode. I tried multiple kdz files but I'm not having anyluck everything goes good but then I'm stuck at the metro boot animation just looping over and over. Does anyone know of anything that can help me asap Please I have no phone and really need it.

have you tried factory reset by holding volume down and power at boot or did you do it in cm recovery.
 
I did it with the kdz to restore to a factory image no I didn't I'll try that right now thank you I was looking for the button combination but did try up and power
 
tried it but thank you I'm well aware of that just been very busy at work all day. The factory reset worked thank you all very much

It's volume up and power and REPEATEDLY tap back and home buttons until you see the little android guy with a blue orb coming out of its chest
