Help Motion won't sync to Winamp or WMP? Driver error. Tried everything.Pulling out my hair!?

Im trying to turn my Motion into my mp3 player. I want to connect it to WMP or Winamp to Manage my music (since double twist doesn't support MTP).

Anyway, everytime I connect my phone via usb. I get a error message that says device unplugged.

I tried EVERYTHING
I tried it with usb debugging and without it
I tried rebooting both my Motion and my PC (windows 7)
I tried downloading the LG drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling

It shows up in windows under "my computer"
But I CANNOT get it to connect to any media softwares (WMP and/or Winamp)

PLEASE HELP

And can someone recommend the best Media library for android. I wanted to use doubletwist, but it doesn't support MTP.
Something similar to iTunes and/or double twist

I am new to this phone, and take my suggestions with a grain of salt. I assume the USB cable is ok cause you can move music files back and forth with MTP. I have Win XP, and WMP 11, I had to refresh the device before it would sync. No info on Winamp You should not have to pay for an app, ..just sayin.

Did you try all four of the usb settings?

I had problems as well. Here's what works for me:

1) Connect your LG Motion to your PC via USB Cable.
2) Go into "Settings" on your LG and select "Connectivity"
3) Tick the "Ask on Connection" checkbox.
4) Select "USB Connection Type"
5) Select "Media Sync" (MTP) radio button.
6) You should see the "Connecting" dialog box pop-up on your LG
7) Wait for it to finish. If it takes more than a minute or two, back out of the Settings menu.
8) Open the "My Computer" Icon on your PC's Desktop - You should see your LG Motion listed as "MTP Device" along with "MTP Camera" in the correct category and you should be able to access your "Music" directory on either your "Internal Storage" or "SD card" and drag and drop your music or try to Sync with WMP - I just dragged and dropped my MP3's into my "Music" directory on my SD card.


Here's the path statement for my MP3's:
C:\My Computer\MTP Device\SD Card\Mobile\Music

I can also drag & drop MP3's into the "ringtone" directory"
C:\My Computer\MTP Device\Internal Storage\Ringtones

BTW, I didn't check "USB Debugging" under "Dev Options"
