Help Moto Droid GPS Problems

Dial *228 then option 2 to update your tower list. Doing so will make your GPS lock just like it used to. Might have to do it every so often.
 
PROBLEM FIXED

so for the hell of it i put the stock cover back on and the gps stopped working so if you are using a bh6x battery you better be using the bh6x cover that came with the battery.



As Crazy as this sounds, it is the thing that fixed my GPS as well. The upper right hand corner of the inside of my phone's back cover showed small signs of wear and tear. Apparently the exposed metal can cause problems with the GPS. I didn't need to buy a new back: a bit of electric tape covering the worn down bits did the trick.
