Help moto g cant find model number

i have a moto g running android 4.4.2 and i am wanting to root it but i cant find the model number. Under where it says model number it just says Moto G. can someone help?

Go to the Play Store and look under Settings.

https://play.google.com/settings

It should show your model. Mine is an XT1034.

I forgot to mention, go to the Play Store on your computer if you have one. I'm not sure if the app will tell your phone's model number.
