Help Moto G is locked with virus

Its one of those 3rd party pornography app that got installed on the phone and theirs no way to uninstall it on safe mode.

You factory reset while on safe mode

You don't need recovery either, just factory reset while on your phone. Go to settings>Then Backup and Reset>Factory reset and your set

And that's all you have to do and your problem is solved

How about op post a photo or video showing what the phone is really doing .

I went on safe mode and talked to a guy from Motorola told me to disable the app and than I uninstalled so no more FBI lock thank goodness thanks everyone for trying to help at least. We'll leave this thread open if anything comes up hopefully not and by the way you guys have a Happy New Year 2015.
