Moto OEM P323 Charger Vs. Phone Charge

I bought 2 spare BP6X batteris and a Motorola OEM P323 Charger for my Droid.

Does anyone know why my Droid says the battery is fully charged, 100% (with cord attached), then if I put it in the charger the red light stays on and it charges for another 30 minutes? The app battery status pro (new) also shows a higher voltage when said battery is re-inserted into the phone.

I am using the same micro cord and wall adapter for both.

Those batteries are often knock offs, and will give you inaccurate readings. they will often take longer to charge, even if the phone says its fully charged.

I'm pretty sure they are real moto batteries. They weren't 3 dollars. None the less, they dont take any longer than the original battery does, and the original battery does the same thing.
