Root Moto SMART actions

One of the reasons I was thinking of the Moto RAZR was the Smart actions...I like the idea of setting up those things to help out with battery life (amongst other ideas).

Went to the Market on my PC and it shows up as a downloadable app...but NOT when I use the Market on my phone.

Just wondering if anyone has the apk that could post it; I'd be very interested in trying it out to see if it will work on an HTC phone.
