Help Moto Sync Issues?

hey all, having some issues with getting my comp to read my droid x.

when i plug it in, it attempts to install the device drivers, but fails every time. it charges through the comp but i can't open it to add music or whatever.

any secret tips or am i just slow?

perhaps an issue with the mtp driver? always says failed...

Same here, MTP always fails...anyone know of a fix?
