Help Moto Voice Activating without Being Asked

I love the voice feature on my new Turbo but Moto pops open asking for my request even though I didn't ask. My key was 'What's up Turbo", which would seem enough, but having the truck window open when driving or the radio on will frequently cause it to open - so I currently having the voice assist deactivated. Any tricks to make it less sensitive?

Re-train it in a VERY quiet area. It's really sensitive and could be 'hearing' matching background noise/sound.

Also try a longer (more syllables) phrase, like "What's up Droid Turbo" or "What's up Motorola".

I use "OK Turbo" without problem. Recorded in a dead silent room. There have been on misfiles since I did it. I assume the pitch of your voice enters into the equation.

Changed it to "Talk to me Turbo" in a dead silent room, so we'll see. I do have a fairly low pitched voice - much like wind noise thru a cracked window at 70mph I guess! lol

Hopefully this works as I love the phone and this is the only issue I've had with it.....

Well, it opened up again today with the radio triggering it apparently - aggravating.....
