Help Moto Voice disables itself

I use the Moto "Ok Google Now" function extensively, but for some reason my 2nd Gen Moto X keeps turning it off. I go into Moto Voice, and under settings I find the box unchecked. I check it, everything works fine for a few days, and then all of the sudden it stops working. I go back into settings and find that it has disabled itself again.

Its annoying, because I find out when I need the capability (like when I am driving). Or sometimes I'll just be repeating myself to the phone only to realize after 5 minutes that the voice recognition feature is off.

anyone else have this issue? any suggestions?

Mine has been doing this too. It's quite annoying, I also thought the function just wasn't working. Hope 5.1 update will fix this and finally allow for enhanced calling so we can have data while on a call.
