Help Motorola Atrix L.E.D. Blinking Red (Startup and then restarts)

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last Week i dropped my phone in water and waited. I checked up on it and it magicly started up but then after the big M on the startup the led blinked red. 2 min later after it was working fine it randomly shut down and started up again. And the cycle goes on and on. Any ideas?

Take the cover off of it.. remove the battery.. then place it covered in a bowl of uncooked rice & wait a few days...
then try it agian... cross your fingers...
