well yea....im not saying DONT try....by all means try..you might get a stupid apple employee *resists urge to snigger*....but yea you MAY get lucky....but least you can say you tried before going ebay...

I just got back from the Apple Store. I showed the genius the issue and he checked the water sensors which were still white so he replaced the phone. So now hopefully I'll be able to get more on eBay.

oh nice one! you got lucky then....most accident encounters with any bloody form of moisture...even if its a sneeze...from 20 feet away...in another room...into a tissue.....which was then burnt...seems to cause the damn sensors to go mental..
