Root Motorola Droid A855 - Backlight Button Issue

So I got a warranty replacement on my Droid1 and of course its a refurbished. Looks great. I just noticed that I am getting light from the HOme and Search hard buttons that is bleeding into my screen. I don't recall if my last one did that because I used adjustbrightness app to lock off those button lights. Is that normal that they do that, or is something wrong with this replacement? I can use adj brightness to lock off on this one, but I am worried that the screen has an issue which might lead to future problems. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My release day A855 doesn't 'bleed' unless I really look down at them with the phone held at an unusual angle. Might want to check into it.

Yeah that's what I figured. All I have to do is angle it a touch and I can see it so I am assuming something wasn't put together correct. I will have to call and request another replacement. Thanks for the feedback.
