Motorola droid issues

Hi I just wanted to know why my motorola droid came without voice search and other issues also such as very slow wi fi and also the android market is slow.... My motorola is not the verizon version, it doesn
 
Then it is the milestone which is a different phone software wise. Is is supposed to be a Verizon droid or are you in Europe? The milestone does not have voice search currently. Do you have the newest software?
