It paired fine with the Note and worked for the most part, but there were some things about the bluetooth that I didn't like so I just bought a BlueAnt Q2. I'm selling the motorola.

I have them both. They both seem to have a problem waking up the phone after a few hours of not using. The motorola seems to be more accurate, simpler to use & more comfortable to wear.
