I was reading through the Motorola discussion threads on their forum and came accross a post about the "Motorola Feedback Network" which apparently allows Motorola to get a quicker response on any issues with new phones.
Well, for those of you that want better response to fixes from manufacturers, what better way than to contribute to the cause:

I know there are many on here who have been having little issues here and there (myself included). That said, I think this is a great opportunity to help Motorola make fixes in a timely manner and be able to send them out to each respective provider. There are MANY folks that could help them improve, so what better place to start than the Photon (since it's been out for 2 weeks now).
