Help Motorola Media Link

I put Motorola Media Link on my PC. The first time I used it it worked fine. I tried to use it today and it says please connect to a motorola device. When I plug in my Atrix it says Be sure to pattern or pin unlock your phone. I have nothing locked on my phone. Can someone help me here....Thanks....
 
A couple of things -

1) Ensure you are set to "USB Mass Storage" when the phone menu pops up

2) For giggles, try locking the phone, then connecting it - maybe the media center REALLY wants to see that unlock code.
