Help Motorola Photon Pricing (upgrade) Restocking fee

I have only seen the 179.99 at wirefly. I thought there was radio shack ad for this same price, but I am unable to find that at Radioshack.com

Is the going rate seem to be 199.99, with a few of the problems that people have been having that would require a new phone, anyone know which place would have the lowest restocking fee, if I needed to exchange the phone for another?

I don't think RadioShack has a restocking fee, but they did have the Photon for like $169 or $179 for preorder. Now that it's out, it is $99 new or $199 upgrade.

I am waiting on new 4G phones for Verizon (Bionic or Galaxy 2).

Would I be able to sign up for 2yr agreement and pick up Photon for 30 days and return? What fees would be involved?

This would be at Radio Shack

Thx

Best Buy matched the Walmart price of $179.99. I just logged online, showed the mobile rep, he got his manager to sign off on it and I was good to go.

Sprint's restocking fee is $35 if you return it because you don't like it. It's zero if it's because the phone is defective.

Picked mine up today at Radio Shack.

Worked great at first but it just shut down and wont restart.

Ughh
