Help Motorola Triumph boot issues

Hello. I was using ROM toolbox on my rooted motorola triumph and had downloaded a notification bar/drawer theme and I went to the file location to install it but it said "Application not installed" after a few seconds. I tried again and once again it didn't work so I decided to delete the theme, however after doing so I got a lot of pop-up boxes saying that "so and so is not responding" and only had a force close option so i forced close, next thing i know nothing is working. I don't remember what it said wasn't responding. I turned my phone off and tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't go past the red motorola "M". I downloaded another stock triumph ROM and installed it but now it doesn't show the red m and it still won't boot. please help.

Ive had the same problem i rooted phone from stock and just flashed CWM but erased everything accidently and didnt backup stock and tried to do the mobile format to stock recovery and all it did was vibrate when i turned it on and i always had to pull the battery. Now the phone has solid red light when charged but wont boot. Just black screen
