Motorola Triumph or Motorola Xoom WiFi?

I am seeing 399.99 promotional rates for Motorola Xoom 32 GB WiFi only Tablet. Compared to Triumph it costs only 100 bucks more. However, Motorola Xoom is loaded. If one uses their Intercept or OV as wi-fi hotspot and access that wi-fi from Motorola Xoom - it would be a great combo on the road. It just feels great to do everything on 10.1 inch Motorola Xoom touchscreen. It has 1 GHz Dual Core processor, Integrated NVIDIA GeForce GPU and 1 GB RAM. Dual LED flash, 5 MP rear and 2 MP front camera. HDMI, Bluetooth, USB, SD Card slot, Android 3.2 (Motorola declared that they will upgrade it to Ice Cream Sandwich - no ETA).

/shrug. It depends on what you need. a phone? or a tablet? if a tablet, then it's a good deal. if you still need a phone also, then obviously get a phone.
