iMac with Snow Leopard. I simply plugged the phone into a USB port. Was then prompted by the phone to choose Mass storage, tether, and one other thing I don't remember. Select mass storage and the Epic icon appears on the desktop. You can now drag and drop video, music or pics.

The phone gives me the 3 options. I click mass storage.
Nothing happens on the computer. Although 1 time the iphoto opened up and i saw my pics but I cant duplicate that. Turned both phone and computer off and reset and all of that.
