Move apps to the SD card?

I think, with the Rezound's app storage there is no need for moving apps to the SD card.
So I'm just curious when I ask about the possibilty

And wouldn't this second part of the big internal storage be the better place to move apps?
Can the Rezound do this?

As I know, the Galaxy 2 can't do this, it has to use the SD card.

pretty sure you only have two choices; leave them on phone (perfectly acceptable) or move to SD card
