Help Move emails

:)Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and have an HTC Inspire. I have a couple of questions. I see alot of people calling their phones HTC Desire. I have the HTC Inspire, yet on my bluetooth app, it shows as HTC Desire. Are they the same or is there both different phones??
My other question is, how can I move emails that I want to keep, into a created file on my home page or even somewhere else? I want to get the most out of this phone. It has and can do, so much. I do love the phone. OH, sorry, one more question. The voice app; When I say "send text to name", it usually puts the name in the message field instead of the "To" field. And it doesnt always type what I say, even in the message field. What am I doing wrong???? Please help.

Thanks in advance,

The inspire is the same phone as a desire hd.

I don't use the stock email so i don't know about this one. I use k-9 for my email.

I haven't used the voice to text feature a whole lot but the few times I did I didn't really have to much of a problem. So for example I open the voice search app say text mom the text box opens with my mom's info in the to spot then I tap the mic icon in the lower right and say what I want. Are there other noises in the background that prevents the mic from picking up what you are saying maybe?

:)Thanks, your reply did answer some of my questions. What is k-9 email?? Is it something in the Market for download? I use my Comcast email. Not sure how I did it, but just followed prompts when I setup the phone. I'd like something different anyway. I havent tried the Voice Search App. I have only used the Voice App. I guess you can use either. I'll try the Voice Search and see if it is better. I can use all the help I can get. Thanks again.:D

Yeah k-9 is an app in the market and its set up is pretty similar just follow the prompts to add your email account.
