Root Move update.zip to root of sd card?

I need help rooting my metro indulge with out pc if its possible

Ok I finally got the file on my sd card. But know when I attempt install from sd card in recovery it ssays not verified. What does that mean and joe fix. I'm dying to change stock boot animation

What recovery are you using? Sounds like stock, as oppposed to SPRecovery / Clockwork Mod Recovery / RZRecovery....

Umm, and are you on a Samsung Prevail, or a Motoroal DROID?
