Root MoveToSd failed after rooting

I did a factory reset and used Unrevoked3 to root the phone. Everything worked fine.

However, now if I try to move an application to the SD card, it tells me the move failed. Any suggestions how I can get this important feature back?

this shouldnt have anything to do with root, you have space left on your sdcard?

Lots of space. Odd, large apps can be moved to the card. Smaller apps (500-700K) report the error.
