My phone has done this since I got it, I rooted it, still does it. I reflashed it with the original T-Mo PDA from Odin, still does it. These are some of the suggestions that people have been offering, none of them change this message.

No matter what I do, I cannot enter clockwork Nandroid recovery mode.

Phone works fine, I am just trying to root it and get rid of bloat ware

Some help please? What is this Movi_check and how do I get rid of it?

movi_check is normal. Happens in recovery 2e and 3e. reinstall packages a few times. If you still don't get clockwork you need to re-flash clockwork.
