what software do you need to play videos after you put them on your pc?

I'm not sure, I haven't tried this yet, but I think VLC player should be able to play .3gp videos. Check it here.

EDIT: I just checked, Windows Media Player can play the 3GP format too.

You can use any video player, as long as you have the Correct AMR codec installed.

Its a good player, granted. I don't like the GUI much tbh. But it plays everything.
