I've got a phone replaced through the warranty. When I plug in the old phone, no matter which option I choose, I can't browse the pseudo "sdcard" files from a pc (also I wasn't able to before the screen cracked). Should I uninstall the LG drivers and on-screen-phone to browse the sdcard files?
How should I go about moving over all of my files and apps? Most of my apps are backed up to dropbox (using astro file manager 3.89, which rocks!).
My old phone is not rooted, so I can't use a real sdcard to backup my apps to with the LG backup app (a backup that includes all of my apps would take up more space than the available free space on the phone
). I do like that this app will backup settings for the system and preinstalled apps.
Also the new phone is running ms77010F and the old one ran ms77010D. Would I save time in restoring data by rooting both phones?
