Moving apps completely?

Hi there! I just got an HTC ChaCha some days ago (Yes, I know it's not a "new" phone but it's actually quite good). When I saw that it only had 150mb internal storage I bought an 8 GB SD card (from Sony if that means anything :D).


So I installed a few apps like Angry Birds! I went to the app manager and pressed on the "Move to SD Card" button. When it was done I noticed that Angry Birds wasn't completely moved, it was still taking up like 3-4 MB on the internal storage! I know that someone will say ,,That's not much!

Thanks for the answer. So one question, if I root my ChaCha link2sd moves it all. What does it move that I can't move?
