Help Moving apps from SD to Internal

Hello fellow android users, I was wondering if its possible to move apps from my SD card to my Internal memory because i need to make more on my SD but i have PLENTY! on my internal... any help?
 
Go into manage applications and find the app you want and hit the "move to phone button"

But just so you know, the apps do not move to the 6 Gb internal storage but to the 750 Mb app storage.
