Help Moving photos?

I know I have to hook up my evo to my pc in order to go in and create custom album folders. Do I have to do this to move photos into those folders, or can I do this while on the phone, without it being connected to the pc?

Can this only be done either hooked up to the pc or using a file manager?

you can do everything on your phone, just have to download a decent file manager, i can recommend you astro file manager, it's really good for managing your files. i'm pretty sure there are better managers out there to manage your photo albums, so maybe someone else here will recommend a good one, but astro is definitely great for managing other files, renaming, moving folders, etc etc.
