Help Moving pics?

May sound like a silly ? but,How would I move a pic from 1 album to another album in the gallery? the pic I want to move is in downloads and I want to move it to a album that shows up in gallery that I believe is on the sd card.Again sorry for the silly ? but I just recently switched from a palm to the epic.
 
Use a file manager just as astro file manager to move from the download folder on the sd card to the appropriate gallery folder.
 
Thanks for the quick response.Would it be the same thing if I wanted to go from the down load file to a file on the sd card?ie i get a pic sent to me in a txt and I want to put it in a file on the sd card.
 
Would it be the same if I wanted to do the opposite? ie i get a pic in a txt and i want to download it to a file on the sd card.
