Moving To A New Location

This might be a silly question but is their anything I should do once I move from Louisiana to Washington State as far as enhancing my phones performance?

I thought I should do system updates..PRL, profile, firmware, LG software.

Is there any hidden stuff I should do? Maybe update location or change time zones? I think mine auto updates cuz its done that wherever I travelled like Hawaii, Cabo, or when I fly into different airports.

As long as you have service at your new location your phone should work just like it does now. Time and time Zone should update automatically unless you have disabled this.
