MP3 Music Download

Try MusicJunk.

Not sure of the legality of these apps, I seem to recall reading that they use a loophole and public domain computers.

Someone will no doubt correct me if I'm wrong.

These apps are definitely legal if you own the CD/Album/MP3 through legal means. They just save you the trouble of ripping the song from the CD you bought. However, downloading songs which you do not legally own could be frowned upon.

Whether or not there's some other loop hole to avoid digital rights, I'm not sure.

Honestly, I don't understand the presence of all these MP3 Download apps. Any MP3 I would ever want....I already have on my computer and just transfer it from there. If I don't have it on my computer, I get it using my computer and the usual download methods on my computer.

What is all the talk about these MP3 Download Apps?

If you are getting music illegally using these apps....I'm sure you could be getting it much faster illegally using your computer! So not really much benefit there.

Portable access/download is really the only benefit I can come up with......but even so, cell network is too slow IMO for mass mp3 downloading.

Not a true statement at all. I downloaded music more quickly to my phone (using wifi) than I could by searching for it, downloading it and transferring it to my phone. I have over 17,000 songs on my computer. I have all the old stuff that I want. Now that I have this app I can easily search any song that is new that I hear on the radio and immediately (within seconds) have it on my phone. I also have the luxury of dumping it at any time without remorse.

Moral to the story if you don't like it and don't want to use it, move along, no need to stop here. If you do, it's a nice pick up.
