MP3 to phone over cloud

There is obviously Chrome to phone, which is utterly brilliant! What im wondering is if anyone knows any similar sort of app that allows you to transfer files (specifically MP3's) over say wifi or even the internet generally?

Only reason I ask is it would be MUCH easier than plugging in a cable all the time to do it...
